What does this mean if I want to use directly on my chooks/poultry?
According to Vetafarm (the manufacturers of Avian Insect Liquidator) it says very prominently on their label "Not to be used for any purpose, or in any manner contrary to this label unless authorised under appropriate legislation". In plain English, the only people who can recommend going against this label are trained/registered vets who can talk you through the pros/cons/risks involved in using this directly on your birds (including the possibility of residual amounts of the ingredient passing through to the eggs). This is generally referred to as 'off label' use.
