To return/exchange an item, please check that:

• Goods are in saleable condition
• Goods are unused with original packaging
• You have retained a copy of your Tax Invoice

Return your items for exchange to The Chicken Lab Australia with a copy of your tax invoice. The Chicken Lab will exchange to the value of the item only, all postage costs incurred are not refundable.

Please note, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
